Farm Services Agency of Nebraska hope to remind farmers and ranchers that they offer programs that can assist during the recent floods and blizzard. These programs include the Livestock Indemnity Program (LIP) Emergency Assistance for Livestock, Honeybees and Farm-Raised Fish Program (ELAP) and loan programs like the Disaster Set-Aside Program or the Emergency Loan Program.
